Asparagus With Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 c drained cooked or canned asparagus
  • 12 c commercial sour cream
  • butter or margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 c bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Set the oven at 325
  2. Arrange the asparagus in a shallow pan preferably a buttered baking dish
  3. Cover with the sour cream Add just a sprinkling of salt and pepper then top with the bread crumbs and dot generously with butter
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the crumbs are nicely browned
  5. Serves 4
