Asparagus With Cream

Ingredients
- 2 c drained cooked or canned asparagus
- 12 c commercial sour cream
- butter or margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 12 c bread crumbs
Directions
- Set the oven at 325
- Arrange the asparagus in a shallow pan preferably a buttered baking dish
- Cover with the sour cream Add just a sprinkling of salt and pepper then top with the bread crumbs and dot generously with butter
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until the crumbs are nicely browned
- Serves 4
