Asparagus With Sour Cream

Ingredients

• 1 can asparagus tips
• 12 c dry bread crumbs
• 2 eggs boiled and sliced
• 1 c sour cream
• 3 Tbsp melted butter
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Place a layer of asparagus in shallow baking dish
2. Add melted butter and sliced eggs
3. Brown the bread crumbs in a little butter sprinkled on top of casserole and bake in medium hot oven until bubbly
