Atkins Diet Creamy Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 1 12 c chopped pecans
- 12 c cool water
- 12 c Splenda
- 1 Tbsp butter softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 pkg unflavored gelatin
- 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese
Directions
- Heat oven to 400 In a small bowl combine pecans 14 cup of Splenda and butter Spread into pie pan Bake for 6 minutes then set on a wire rack to cool
