Au Gratin Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 c white sauce
- dash of pepper
- 1 c shredded cheese
- 12 c Parmesan cheese
- 5 c cooked sliced potatoes
- 14 c dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp melted margarine
Directions
- Add pepper and cheeses to hot white sauce stir until cheese melts Combine sauce and potatoes and pour into 2-quart casserole Toss crumbs with margarine and sprinkle over potatoes Bake at 350
- for 35 minutes
- Garnish with chopped olives
