Au Gratin Potatoes
Ingredients
- 6 to 8 baking potatoes
- 12 lb Velveeta cheese or processed American cheese
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 medium green bell pepper sliced into rings
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 3 Tbsp flour
- water as needed
- butter or oleo
Directions
- Thinly slice potatoes into rounds
- Mix together salt pepper and flour
- Alternate potatoes with slices of cheese onion bell pepper and a dusting of flour mixture doing this in layers in casserole
- Dot each layer with butter
