Aunt BeaS Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 medium onions chopped
  • 2 Tbsp oil or margarine
  • 2 lb frozen hash browns thawed
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 c sour cream
  • 2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 12 c crushed cornflakes
  • 12 c butter melted

Directions

  1. In skillet saute onions in oil or margarine
  2. Combine with hash browns soup sour cream and cheese
  3. Spread in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan
  4. Combine cornflakes and melted butter Sprinkle over top
  5. Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes
