Aunt BettyS NephewS Famous Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 medium onion chopped
• 3 cloves garlic chopped
• 3 lb lean ground meat
• 2 medium cans tomato sauce
• 2 medium cans tomato paste
• 3 Tbsp sugar
• salt and pepper

Directions

1. Brown onion and garlic cut up in 14-inch pieces
2. Add ground meat and brown
3. Add sauce and paste with 1 to 1 12 cans water add sugar salt and pepper
4. Cook well and let simmer for two hours
