Aunt Blanch Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 12 to 2 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 Tbsp garlic
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce of your choice
- 2 to 4 Tbsp sugar cooks preference
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 to 10 oz egg noodles
- 8 oz sour cream
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 12 to 1 c sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Brown beef with onion and garlic then drain
- Add spaghetti sauce sugar salt and pepper to the beefSimmer on low heat and stir occasionallyCook noodles according to package directions drain well
- Put noodles in a bowl and stir in sour cream and cream cheese until well blendedPlace noodle mixture in a 2-quart casserole dish
- Then put meat sauce on the noodles
- Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes
