Aunt CaroleS Meringue Dessert
Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 12 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 c sugar
- 2 3 oz pkg lemon pudding and pie filling
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 12 c water
- 1 c sugar
- 16 oz Cool Whip
Directions
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan
- Beat egg whites until stiff
- Add cream of tartar
- Gradually add 1 cup sugar
- Spread meringue in pan
- Bake at 300 for 1 hour
