Aunt Chris Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 c sugar
  • 34 c margarine
  • 1 c evaporated milk
  • 1 12 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate pieces
  • 1 7 oz jar Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 c nuts optional

Directions

  1. Combine sugar margarine and milk in a heavy 2 12-quart saucepan Bring to a rolling boil stirring constantly Boil 5 minutes over medium heat stirring constantly to prevent scorching Remove from heat stir in chocolate until melted Add Marshmallow Creme and nuts Mix until well blended Pour into 8 x 8 foil pans lined with wax paper and let set to cool Will take 2 pans After cooled cut into squares
