Aunt ElsieS Lefse

Ingredients

• 4 c potatoes mashed
• 12 c cream
• 2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp sugar
• 3 Tbsp butter
• flour to roll

Directions

1. Boil potatoes and mash very fine and fluffy
2. Add cream butter salt and sugar
3. Beat until light and let cool
4. Add flour
5. Roll as for pie crust as thin as possible
6. Bake on lefse grill turning once until light brown
