Aunt ElsieS Lefse
Ingredients
- 4 c potatoes mashed
- 12 c cream
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 3 Tbsp butter
- flour to roll
Directions
- Boil potatoes and mash very fine and fluffy
- Add cream butter salt and sugar
- Beat until light and let cool
- Add flour
- Roll as for pie crust as thin as possible
- Bake on lefse grill turning once until light brown
