Aunt HelenS Mexican Corn Bread

Ingredients
- 2 12 c self-rising corn meal
- 23 c self-rising flour
- 1 Tbsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 large chopped onion
- 12 bell pepper chopped
- 1 12 jalapeno peppers chopped fine
- 1 large corn
- 5 Tbsp hot oil
- 3 large eggs
- buttermilk
Directions
- Combine ingredients
- Use enough buttermilk to make batter like corn bread
- Makes 2 pans
- Bake at 450
