Aunt JudyS Salad

Ingredients
- 2 c hot water
- 2 boxes lime Jell-O 4 serving size
- 1 No 2 can pineapple crushed
- 12 c mayonnaise
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 carton cottage cheese
- 1 c pecans optional
Directions
- Combine Jell-O and hot water
- Stir until dissolved
- Add all other ingredients
- Stir well
- Refrigerate until set
- Better if prepared 24 hours before serving
