Aunt JudyS Salad

Ingredients

• 2 c hot water
• 2 boxes lime Jell-O 4 serving size
• 1 No 2 can pineapple crushed
• 12 c mayonnaise
• 1 small can evaporated milk
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• 1 carton cottage cheese
• 1 c pecans optional

Directions

1. Combine Jell-O and hot water
2. Stir until dissolved
3. Add all other ingredients
4. Stir well
5. Refrigerate until set
6. Better if prepared 24 hours before serving
