Aunt LillianS Kraut Salad

Ingredients
- 1 No 303 can kraut washed and drained
- 1 c chopped bell pepper
- 1 c chopped celery or 2 tsp celery seed
- 12 c chopped onion
- 1 small jar chopped pimentos
- 1 12 c sugar
- 34 c vinegar
Directions
- Mix the first 5 ingredients together
- Bring sugar and vinegar to boil and pour over mixture of kraut and vegetables
- Chill several hours or overnight
- Will keep in refrigerator for 4 to 5 weeks
