Aunt MillieS Cheese Cake

Ingredients

• 1 lb cream cheese
• 1 lb Ricotta 2 pt
• 1 pt sour cream
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 12 c sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 stick melted butter
• 3 Tbsp flour
• 3 Tbsp cornstarch

Directions

1. Grease and flour spring-form pan
2. All ingredients must be at room temperature
3. Mix all ingredients in one large bowl
4. Mix well
