Aunt MinnieS Eggs
Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 1 large bell pepper chopped
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 lb bacon or sausage
- 34 c milk
- 12 oz cheese
- sift of parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- Italian seasoning optional
- salsa
Directions
- Cut bacon into small pieces or crumble sausage into small pieces fry
- When meat is browned add bell pepper and onion Cook until onion starts to clear
- Beat eggs with milk
- Add egg mixture to meat and vegetables
- Top with cheese and cover
