Aunt MollieS Salmon Loaf

Ingredients
- 1 can salmon with juices skin and bones removed
- 1 c dry bread crumbs
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 12 c milk
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dehydrated parsley flakes
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together except parsley flakes
- Bake in greased loaf pan at 350 for 30 minutes
- Use parsley to garnish top of casserole
- Serves 2 oink-oinks or 3 normals
