Aunt SusanS Waffles

Ingredients

• 2 c flour
• 4 tsp baking powder
• 14 tsp salt
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 2 eggs separated
• 1 34 c milk
• 6 Tbsp butter melted

Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients and sift Beat egg yolks until lemon colored and add with milk to dry ingredients
2. Add melted butter Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter
3. Bake in preheated waffle iron
