Aunt TS String Pie

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 12 c chopped onion
• 14 c chopped green pepper
• 1 15 12 oz jar Prego spaghetti sauce
• 1 large can tomato sauce
• 12 c shredded Mozzarella
• 8 oz spaghetti hot cooked and drained
• 13 c Romano cheese
• 2 eggs beaten
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 1 c Ricotta cheese

Directions

1. Cook beef onion and green pepper in a large skillet over medium high heat until meat is brown stirring to separate meat Drain fat
2. Stir in sauces mix well
3. Combine spaghetti Romano cheese eggs and butter in large bow mix well
4. Place in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan
5. Spread Ricotta cheese over top
6. Pour sauce mixture over Ricotta cheese
7. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over top Bake in pre-heated oven 350 until cheese melts approximately 20 minutes
