Aunt WinnieS Carrot Cake

Ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- 1 12 c vegetable oil
- 2 c flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 4 c shredded carrots
- 1 12 c chopped walnuts
Directions
- Mix sugar oil and eggs for 1 minute
- Separately combine flour salt cinnamon baking soda and salt
- Add the 2 mixtures together
- Fold in the carrots and walnuts
- Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes
