Aunt WinnieS Carrot Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 1 12 c vegetable oil
• 2 c flour
• 4 eggs
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 4 c shredded carrots
• 1 12 c chopped walnuts

Directions

1. Mix sugar oil and eggs for 1 minute
2. Separately combine flour salt cinnamon baking soda and salt
3. Add the 2 mixtures together
4. Fold in the carrots and walnuts
5. Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes
