Auntie JoanS Pepperoni Pie

Ingredients
- 4 eggs well beaten
- 12 c diced pepperoni
- 1 c diced Mozzarella cheese
- 14 c grated Romano cheese
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell defrosted if frozen
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350
- In a large bowl combine beaten eggs with pepperoni Mozzarella cheese and Romano cheese
- Pour into pie shell
- Bake for about 45 minutes until the center is slightly puffed and a toothpick inserted in center of pie comes out clean Do not overbake
- Cut in wedges and serve hot
