Ingredients
- 2 lb top round steak ground
- 14 lb ground pork optional
- 1 medium onion minced
- 12 tsp ground allspice
- 2 slices stale bread soaked in milk
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 14 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
Directions
- Mix ingredients thoroughly together
- Keeping fingers moist by dipping fingers in bowl of cold water roll mixture in tiny round balls
- Fry in butter over a low flame for 15 to 20 minutes
- Keep turning meat balls while cooking
- Yields 6 servings
