Autumn Pudding
Ingredients
- 3 c cooked sweet potatoes
- 1 c sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 14 c butter
- 3 tsp vanilla
- 12 c milk
- Topping
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 c pecans
- 13 c flour
- 14 c butter
Directions
- Blend all ingredients together
- Pour into a 13x9 inch pan Top with topping mix
