Avocado And Shrimp Fettucine

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
  • 12 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 Tbsp dry vermouth or white wine
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 12 c heavy cream
  • 14 c freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • dash of salt and ground pepper
  • 9 oz fettucine cooked and drained
  • 1 avocado pitted peeled and cubed

Directions

  1. In large skillet heat 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute
  2. Add parsley shrimp and vermouth and cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly until shrimp turns pink
  3. Do not overcook
  4. Transfer to small bowl
