B JS Baked Ham Omelette
Ingredients
- 1 lb Muenster or Jack cheese shredded
- 12 c melted margarine
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pt cottage cheese
- 12 c sifted flour
- 1 doz eggs
- salt pepper and Tabasco
- 2 c diced ham cooked
Directions
- Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish
- Sift flour with baking powder beat eggs and season lightly
- Add 5 to 6 drops Tabasco sauce
- Stir in flour ham cheese cottage cheese and most of the melted margarine
- Swirl rest of margarine around in dish to coat evenly
- Pour in egg mixture
- Bake at 400 for 15 minutes
- Reduce heat to 350 and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer until puffed and golden brown
- Cut into squares and serve
