Baba GhanoujEggplant Puree

Ingredients
- 2 unpeeled eggplant medium size
- 2 cloves garlic
- 14 c Tahini
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 12 tsp salt
- dash of paprika
Directions
- Place eggplant in a baking pan and bake in oven at 375 for about 30 minutes
- Remove eggplant and let cool split open and scoop out pulp set aside
