Bacon-Potato Chowder

Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon cut up
- 1 c chopped onion
- 4 c hash brown potatoes
- 1 c water
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 34 c milk
- 12 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
Directions
- Fry bacon saute onion and drain
- Add potatoes and water cook until tender
- Stir in remaining ingredients heat thoroughly
- Do not boil
- Add more milk if chowder becomes too thick
- Makes 6 to 8 servings
