Bacon-Wrapped Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 thin slices green pepper
  • 8 thin slices onion
  • 2 Tbsp margarine
  • 8 slices bacon

Directions

  1. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise
  2. Set aside 4 halves
  3. Place each remaining half on 14 x 14-inch piece of foil
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  5. Top each half with 2 slices each of green pepper and onions
  6. Dot with 12 tablespoon margarine
  7. Top with remaining halves and crisscross two strips of bacon around each Wrap individually and bake 50 to 60 minutes
