Bacon-Wrapped Baked Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- salt and pepper
- 8 thin slices green pepper
- 8 thin slices onion
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- 8 slices bacon
Directions
- Cut potatoes in half lengthwise
- Set aside 4 halves
- Place each remaining half on 14 x 14-inch piece of foil
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Top each half with 2 slices each of green pepper and onions
- Dot with 12 tablespoon margarine
- Top with remaining halves and crisscross two strips of bacon around each Wrap individually and bake 50 to 60 minutes
