Bacon And Cheese Breakfast Pizza
Ingredients
- pastry for 1 9-inch pie
- 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 c sour cream
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp chopped red bell pepper
- dash of hot pepper sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425
- Roll pastry to fit a 12-inch pizza pan
- Bake 5 minutes
- Sprinkle bacon and cheese over crust
- Beat eggs sour cream milk parsley bell pepper and pepper sauce together until smooth
- Pour over crust
- Bake until pizza is puffy and lightly browned about 20 minutes
- Makes approximately 6 servings
