Bacon And Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 12 lb new potatoes cut into medium slices
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 Tbsp butter melted
  • 4 slices bacon crumbled
  • 1 c grated cheese

Directions

  1. Heat 1-inch salted water to boiling
  2. Add potatoes
  3. Cover and heat to boiling
  4. Cook 20 to 25 minutes or until tender
  5. Place cooked potatoes in baking dish add salt pepper and butter Sprinkle the bacon and onions on top then add grated cheese Cover dish until cheese melts
  6. Serves 6 to 8
