Bacon And Egg Bake

Ingredients

  • 6 bacon slices
  • 2 medium onions sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 14 c milk
  • 5 hard-cooked eggs sliced
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • English muffins

Directions

  1. Fry bacon until crisp
  2. Drain fat reserving 2 tablespoons Saute onions in bacon fat
  3. Stir in soup milk eggs cheese and seasonings
  4. Bake in an 8 x 8-inch dish for 20 minutes at 350 Top with crumbled bacon and serve over muffin halves
