Bacon And Egg Bake

Ingredients
- 6 bacon slices
- 2 medium onions sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 14 c milk
- 5 hard-cooked eggs sliced
- dash of salt and pepper
- English muffins
Directions
- Fry bacon until crisp
- Drain fat reserving 2 tablespoons Saute onions in bacon fat
- Stir in soup milk eggs cheese and seasonings
- Bake in an 8 x 8-inch dish for 20 minutes at 350 Top with crumbled bacon and serve over muffin halves
