Bacon And Egg Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 lb bacon
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 onion chopped
  • pie pastry

Directions

  1. Line pie plate with pastry
  2. Fry bacon until cooked chop coarsely
  3. Put half of bacon into pastry shell
  4. Break eggs into pastry shell on top of bacon eggs may be beaten
  5. Chop onion put on top of eggs along with remaining chopped bacon
  6. Cover with another pie pastry glaze with a beaten egg
  7. Bake in a moderate oven until golden brown
