Bacon And Swiss Cheese Pie

Ingredients
- rich pastry
- slightly beaten egg white
- 3 pieces cooked bacon broken into small pieces
- 1 c grated Swiss cheese
- 1 c heavy cream or evaporated milk
- 2 beaten eggs and 1 egg yolk
- sprinkle of salt and pepper
- 14 tsp nutmeg
Directions
- Line a 9-inch pie pan with rich pastry
- Brush with slightly beaten egg white
- Bake in preheated hot oven at 450 until crust sets but is not brown
