Bacon And Swiss Quiche

Ingredients
- 14 lb Swiss cut in 12-inch strips
- 12 slices bacon
- 1 pie crust frozen
- 4 eggs
- 2 c heavy cream
- 14 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
Directions
- Fry bacon
- Spread frozen pie crust with 1 tablespoon melted butter
- Crumble bacon into bottom of pie and add Swiss strips Mix 2 cups heavy cream with 4 eggs and 14 teaspoon salt and pepper
- Pour over bacon and Swiss
- Bake at 425 for first 15 minutes
- Drop temperature to 350 and bake another 30 minutes
