Bacon And Swiss Quiche

Ingredients

  • 14 lb Swiss cut in 12-inch strips
  • 12 slices bacon
  • 1 pie crust frozen
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c heavy cream
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Fry bacon
  2. Spread frozen pie crust with 1 tablespoon melted butter
  3. Crumble bacon into bottom of pie and add Swiss strips Mix 2 cups heavy cream with 4 eggs and 14 teaspoon salt and pepper
  4. Pour over bacon and Swiss
  5. Bake at 425 for first 15 minutes
  6. Drop temperature to 350 and bake another 30 minutes
