Bacon Cheddar Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 34 c all-purpose flour
  • 12 c shredded sharp cheese
  • 14 c sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 34 c milk
  • 13 c cooking oil
  • 6 strips bacon cooked and crumbled

Directions

  1. Spray muffin pan with Pam
  2. In a large bowl mix flour cheese sugar baking powder and salt
  3. Set aside
  4. In a small bowl mix egg milk and oil
  5. Add to flour mixture
  6. Stir until moist
  7. Batter will be lumpy
  8. Fold in the crumbled bacon
  9. Fill the muffin cups even with the top
  10. Bake at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes or until muffins are golden
  11. Serve warm
