Bacon Fat Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c bacon fat
• 1 c brown sugar
• 1 c white sugar
• 2 beaten eggs
• 1 12 tsp vanilla
• 1 12 c flour
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 3 c quick oatmeal
• 1 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Mix bacon fat brown sugar white sugar and eggs until creamy Add dry ingredients vanilla and nuts
2. Divide and mold into 2 rolls
3. Wrap in waxed paper and chill until stiff
4. Slice and bake for 15 minutes at 350
