Bacon Monkey Bread

Ingredients

  • 12 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 3 10 oz cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 12 c butter or margarine melted

Directions

  1. Combine bacon Parmesan cheese and onion set aside
  2. Cut biscuits into fourths dip each piece in butter
  3. Layer one third in a 10-inch lightly greased Bundt pan
  4. Sprinkle half of bacon mixture over biscuits
  5. Repeat procedure ending with biscuits Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until golden
  6. Cool 10 minutes in pan
  7. Invert onto a serving platter
  8. Serve immediately
