Bacon Monkey Bread
Ingredients
- 12 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 small onion chopped
- 3 10 oz cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 12 c butter or margarine melted
Directions
- Combine bacon Parmesan cheese and onion set aside
- Cut biscuits into fourths dip each piece in butter
- Layer one third in a 10-inch lightly greased Bundt pan
- Sprinkle half of bacon mixture over biscuits
- Repeat procedure ending with biscuits Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until golden
- Cool 10 minutes in pan
- Invert onto a serving platter
- Serve immediately
