Bacon Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• 4 c hot mashed potatoes
• 2 c cubed American cheese
• 4 strips bacon fried and coarsely crumbled
• 1 Tbsp onion finely chopped

Directions

1. Place half the mashed potatoes freshly cooked in a well buttered casserole
2. Sprinkle with half the cheese bacon and onion
3. Cover with remaining potatoes
4. Repeat topping of cheese bacon and onion
5. Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes
