Bacon Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 14 c butter
  • 12 c water
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 1 12 c Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
  • 14 lb hot sausage
  • 1 lb bacon

Directions

  1. Melt butter in water
  2. Mix waterbutter mixture with dressing mix add egg then sausage
  3. Mix well
  4. Take a piece of mixture the size of 12 a pecan and wrap with 13 slice of bacon
  5. Hold together with toothpick
  6. Cook in oven preheated at 375 for 35 to 45 minutes
