Bacon Spinach Roll-Ups

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1/3 c. water
- 2 c. herb stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. mild sausage, uncooked
- 1 c. Parmesan grated cheese
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 lb. bacon
Directions
- Melt butter in the water.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in stuffing and add the rest of the ingredients, except bacon.
- Chill at least one hour.
