Bacon Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients

• 2 lb bacon fried and chopped
• 12 c mayonnaise
• 12 c finely chopped green onions
• 24 cherry tomatoes

Directions

1. Dice
2. bacon
3. and
4. fry
5. until
6. crisp
7. Drain and cool on paper towel
8. Inmediumbowl
9. mix
10. bacon green onions and mayonnaise
11. Remove
12. stemsfrom
13. tomatoes
14. Place tomatoes on cutting
15. board
16. and slice a small portion off top of tomatoes With
17. small
18. spoonscoop
19. out
20. the center of tomatoes
21. Drain tomatoes
22. for
23. 10 minutesYou may add a little pulp of tomato if desired
24. Fill tomato with bacon mixture
25. Taste and if salt and pepper is desired add to mixture and stuff tomatoes Put in refrigerator
26. Chill and serve
