Bacon Tomato Cups

Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon crisply cooked
  • 1 medium tomato seeded
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 34 c swiss cheese
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp basil
  • 1 can 10 oz refrigerated biscuits

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Chop bacon tomato onion and grated cheese
  3. Mix all ingredients except biscuits
  4. Separate each biscuit into 3 thinner biscuits
  5. Lay each biscuit over a mini muffin pan cup
  6. Press biscuit into cup Fill cups with bacon mixture and bake 10 - 12 minutes until golden brown
  7. Yields 30
