Bacon Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Waverly Wafers or other rectangular crackers
  • 3 lb bacon

Directions

  1. Cut strips of bacon into 3 parts
  2. Wrap each part around the center of a cracker
  3. Place on a rack over a baking pan so that grease will drain away from crackers
  4. Bake at 250 to 300 degrees until crisp
  5. Store in airtight container
