Bacony Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
- 1 16 oz can new potatoes drained
- 1 6 oz can sliced mushrooms drained
- salt
- 4 slices bacon cut into quarters
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp salad oil
- 4 chicken cutlets
Directions
- Preheat broiler
- Slice potatoes 12-inch thick
- Pat dry with paper towel
- Arrange in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch broiler pan Cover with mushrooms
- Sprinkle lightly with salt
- Top with bacon slices
- Broil 10 minutes turning occasionally
