Baked Acorn Squash

Ingredients
- acorn squash
- melted butter
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp sherry wine
Directions
- Wash and cut squash in half lengthwise
- Scrape out seeds Brush cut surfaces and cavity with melted butter
- Place close together cut side down on baking sheet
- Bake at 350 until almost tender about 30 to 40 minutes
- Turn cut side up and brush again with butter
- Sprinkle cavity with sugar and salt
- Add a few drops of sherry
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes more until surface is glazed
