Baked Apple And Carrot CasseroleLow-Fat

Ingredients
- 6 or 7 apples peeled and sliced
- 2 c cooked carrot slices
- 13 c brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 12 tsp salt
- 34 c orange juice
Directions
- Place half of the sliced apples in a buttered casserole dish Cover with half of the carrot slices
- Combine dry ingredients sprinkle half of the mix over carrots
- Repeat the layers pour orange juice over the top
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
- Serves 6
