Baked Apple And Carrot CasseroleLow-Fat

Ingredients

  • 6 or 7 apples peeled and sliced
  • 2 c cooked carrot slices
  • 13 c brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 34 c orange juice

Directions

  1. Place half of the sliced apples in a buttered casserole dish Cover with half of the carrot slices
  2. Combine dry ingredients sprinkle half of the mix over carrots
  3. Repeat the layers pour orange juice over the top
  4. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
  5. Serves 6
