Baked Apricot Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 cans peeled apricots drained
- 1 stick butter
- 4 Tbsp plain flour
- 12 c brown sugar
- 18 or 20 Ritz crackers
Directions
- Butter a shallow casserole
- Melt butter in saucepan
- Add juice of 1 to 1 12 cans of apricot juice flour and brown sugar Stir until thickened
- Arrange apricots in dish
- Pour sauce over fruit
- Crumble crackers on top
- Bake at 350 until bubbly approximately 25 to 30 minutes
