Baked Artichoke Spread

Ingredients

  • 2 14 oz cans artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 c Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 18 tsp garlic powder
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of hot sauce
  • fresh parsley sprigs optional

Directions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients stirring well
  2. Spoon into a lightly greased 1-quart casserole or souffle dish Bake at 350 for 20 minutes Garnish with parsley if desired
  3. Serve with toast points or Melba rounds
  4. Yields 3 cups
