Baked Beans And Chutney

Ingredients

  • 1 can organic pinto beans 15 oz
  • 12 c reserved liquid from can
  • 12 onion finely chopped
  • 14 c chutney less if very hot
  • 34 tsp dry mustard
  • 14 c honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 14 c plain yogurt

Directions

  1. In small bowl dissolve the mustard in the bean liquid 12 C Add finely chopped onion and minced chutney salt and pepper
  2. Put beans in casserole
  3. Stir in mixture to beans and pour honey evenly over top
  4. Cover and bake at 325 for 1 hour or longer until browned
  5. Remove cover and bake
  6. Serve with yogurt
