Baked Breakfast CustardWeight Watchers

Ingredients
- 1 c skim milk
- 1 medium egg beaten
- 1 slice enriched white bread cubed
- 1 tsp sugar substitute
- 12 tsp vanilla extract
- 14 tsp cinnamon
- 12 tsp nutmeg
- dash of salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl
- Pour into a 10 ounce custard cup or individual loaf pan Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until top is puffed and lightly brown Serve hot
- Makes 1 serving
