Baked Breakfast CustardWeight Watchers

Ingredients

  • 1 c skim milk
  • 1 medium egg beaten
  • 1 slice enriched white bread cubed
  • 1 tsp sugar substitute
  • 12 tsp vanilla extract
  • 14 tsp cinnamon
  • 12 tsp nutmeg
  • dash of salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl
  3. Pour into a 10 ounce custard cup or individual loaf pan Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until top is puffed and lightly brown Serve hot
  4. Makes 1 serving
