Baked Brie With Crudites
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp 14 stick unsalted butter
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 8 oz Brie cheese rind trimmed
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 34 c sour cream
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 18 oz round loaf sourdough bread
- paprika
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Melt 2 tablespoons unsalted butter in a heavy medium skillet over medium heat
- Add onion and garlic saute until onion is golden brown about 10 minutes
- Set aside
- Place Brie and cream cheese cut in large pieces in a large microwave-safe bowl Microwave on Medium just until melted about 2 minutes
- Whisk in onion mixture sour cream fresh lemon juice brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce
- Season to taste with salt and pepper
